I was holding the Tel. No: 040-27208483 upto 27.07.09 and I have surrended on the same date vide DV No: 1186188958., .
At the time of surrending and requesting for security deposit, BSNL, Tarnaka had informed that, the refund will be given in 10 days time. Even after 45 days I have not received my refund amount of Rs.3000/- yet.
During this period, I have purchased mobile instrument and I have paid some amount through credit card. Due to non receipt of my security deposit, i am unable to pay the credit card payment also.
In this connection, I have contacted somany telephone numbers on various dates,
the telephone numbers I have contacted are : 040-27545757 (Area manager), 040-27627621 (Comm), 040-27720072, 040-27720045, 9490190754, 040-27547595 (CAO), 04027544393 (CAO)
During my follow up with personally and over phones, no one have shown interest for the status of refund, rathar, they have shown interest for giving other telephone number.
Hence, I request you to look into this and make arrangement for refund of my security dep.of Rs.3000/- along with interest for delay in the payment my phone call charges and conveyance exp. of Rs.150/-
