Emoval of caller tune

RESPECTED SIR,

I have send a sms to remove caller tune frm my mobile to 56700.& I also got the msg from 56700 regarding the confirmation of removal of caller tune, But still the caller tune exists & every month my balance get deducted due to this. Moreover i have never activated for any caller tune but it got activated on its own!!!

KINDLY CONSIDER MY COMPLAINT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
