BSNL Lan Phone Dead

Sir,

I had registered complaint on 27th Aug Docket No : 516. There is no response from the BSNL.

Later got to know that this Docket No (Comp No) was closed and a new Docket No : 117 has been opened on 7th Sept it is still pending.

I have spoke to the GM Office -- 25302121, Area Manager Office (25297900), Outdoor Office (25272002) for literally 5 times for all these days, only got the information that Line man is on the way.

I had also spoke to the Personal Secretary in the GM office and also the Area Manager to convey my concerns, but still my phone is dead.

Kindly request some one to take this issue and resolve ASAP.
