My landline phone is not working properly from 2 month

Sir, my phone is not working properly from last 2month.

i have registered my complaint several times but there is no action taken

regarding this complaint... i'll meet S.D.O several times but he always said .your phone will be

fixed today..but his today never comes..and 2 month pass...
