SIM Offer activation

I took a BSNL sim on 07.09.09.This is Dosti offered SIM.I send sms for Dosti activation on 11.09.09.But this is not activated till now. I am so harassed from the customer care. My mobile number is 9477481381 & complain number at customer care is 3754552.please take necessary steps to acctivate the offer as soon as possible.
