NON-REFUND OF DEBITED AMOUNT FOR A FAILED TRANSACTION OF ONLINE RECHARGE

Dear Sir,

On 22.08.09 I had attempted online recharge of my mobile No.9433760511 through www.bsnl.co.in at 10.40 pm wherein the 1st two attempts of recharge with Rs 220.00 & Rs 330.00 had failed but the amount as debited from my account. The amount of Rs 330.00 was credited to my account on 24.08.09 but even after lodging a complaint with the Customer Care I am yet to receive the refund of Rs 330.00 till date.
