Resp. Sir/Madam,
Since 2nd September my bsnl broadband connection is not dead. Frequntly i complained
to bsnl customer care no but no action has been taken till date. Even so manytimes no one is
responding my phonecalls. I am fadeup with this broadband connection. Even i personally visit
nallasopara bsnl office to complaint about it but all in vain.
So what should i do to solve my problem since one month.
