Dear sir,
This is Ajay from Ranchi (Jharkhand). I took a new Life time prepiad mobile connection from BSNL in last year (@Rs.495/=). After few months i saw that the tarif rate on this connection is very-very much high which is not possile to manage. where as now a days a lot many private services are available who is providing their services at a very low cost i.e. all local from Rs.0.30/- to Rs.0.60/-. But in BSNL (specially in this plan) the Local cal is Rs.1/- for BSNL & Rs.1.40 for others, STD is @Rs.2.40
then i decided to change my plan from Life time to Normal Plan i.e monthly plan. for that i sent 2-3 times SMS to customer Care, they replied me through SMS "yr. changeover request have been registered, u will be shortly intimated after execution ". now it is more than 2-months after getting this SMS, but still no action has been taken from BSNL.
now please reply me what should i do now?
