Subject: Landline Telephone Bill Reimbursement Request.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Reference to above mentioned subject I am subscriber of BSNL landline allotted no 02967-236138 at Sabla that landline was dead (not Working) from 25 June to presently, we complained to responsible staff but till long period no response from them also BSNL Hence your kindly requested to reimburse paid amount in further period. and take nacesary action
