last month i changed my broedband plan from 250 to unlimited 750. I gave them application on *th of last month. There isn't any facility to check the plan changed or not. So, on10th of last month i asked them in the office whether my plan is changed or not? They told me that my plan has been changed. so i downloaded data on 10th. then on 14th, i checked my portal id where i came to now that the plan was changed on the 11th. as a result my bill came out Rs. 8000/-. There isn't any fault on my side.. so if anyone can help me.. please tell me the solution or i've to pay this all???
