My mother KAGITHA ADILAKSHMI had taken a post paid connection from BSNL (AP CIRCLE) 5 years ago. Then she deposit Rs.1000.00 for connection. After 4 years i.e. 04.09.08 she handover the sim to BSNL office.
She put letter to give her deposit back. After feb.2009 she received a cheque from BSNL. In this cheque my mother name is wrongly posted i.e. KADALI in place of KAGITHA. Then I am send back to the cheque to BSNL and write letter to change the name.
But still we cannot recieve the amount from BSNL. No.of times we contct in phone to officals of BSNL. but they cannot respond.
