Unavailability of service, they are given on DOSTI sim

1.I have the dosti connection which they are given to the customer. I have 3 sim cards. Two of them are in the dosti connection. They are given two months validity on each sim. But the problem which i faced for the last 2 & half months is that i have collect the 3rd sim after that 2 sim was connected. On 28th august i collect the sim after the activation (4 hours) of the sim i have send them a message for connectind the sim with the other two sim. But the result is, today is 3/11/09.the validity of the sim is over.but they are still saying that "you have to wait for sometime", though my sim has expired. In between this 2 months i have called their customer care but from their i only get harrasment. That means they are harrasing the customers and above all facking the customers.the no of the sim is 9477431162.

2.Their customer care service is very very bad. For any problem the customer have they are unable to solve the problem & behavior is so rough which is very much unexpected from them.
