Sir,
I, Vikas Kapur, am subscriber of Cellone Prepaid connection & i am using this connection since 2001. My no. is 9417194131. As i have 4 more nos of bsnl i.e. 9417778977, 9465227677 & 9463741041.
Sir, I am facing so many problems in the connection such as:
1) There is signal problem inside my house Sector-21-b, Chandigarh)
2) There is wrong billing problem
3) Connection error
4) Network problem
5) Call drop while talking
6) Out of reach problem when its on.
7) Even i have change my set from E51 to E 75 but same problem
8) Could not access internet & speed is very slow but charges are more than speed.
Sir, i want to cut these all connections even my land line also (0172 2707131), but as i have circulated my phone numbers every where i could not cut these connections.
I have purchased 2 new connection of Relaiance prepaid but i couldn’t transfer my existing calls to reliance no. & it doesn’t call divert to reliance network. My purpose was not solved for taking calls through reliance network.
Sir, I am fed up now please tell me what to do now as my business is suffering very badly, I am planning to take BSNL to consumer forum for such a 3rd class service. Half of the amount is debited without calling full minute. I have to go out side of my house to answer any call.
Now a days there is so much competition in the market you can check any where, but i could not change my no. because i have circulated everywhere.
Now please tell me that how much time i have to wait for improved services or can i transfer my existing no. to any other network which has the strong network.
Please reply for my complaint & please investigate & guide me as my patience is over.
