BSNL Broadband not connecting so many times, No update for data usage, slow speed

BSNL Broadband does not connect so many times, if connects then it is so slow. BSNL does not provide appropriate speed. Also their portal is never updated for data usage. Is there any legal way to complain against BSNL? Please reply to [email protected]
