Not network, no outlook configuration, no password

I got my internet connection one week back and till now neither the password nor wireless configuration nor outlook express has been configured and when called in the number they have provided while installing the device such as the modem, there is no response and once got thro but the person gave another number which when called is always engaged tone, please help me out of this, i really dont want this connection for which i have paid a big amount.
