I have just recharged Top-up Rs. 56 but i received Talk-time-25 rupees but should be come 50 rs. but again my recharged Top-up Rs. 112 but i received only 30 Rupees but shuld be come 100 rs.112 Top up recharged on 03-03

this prblem last 20 days and again this month, i have complained so many time in BSNL Costmer care, i have all complaint no (B133007521, B203064782, C023154617), but till now i did not get any responce from BSNL Site, so please check your system for this number and give me a solution on this matta
