It is to mention that this is now almost a month, that i booked for a broadband connection from whitefield BSNL office, employees are totaly not performing there responsibilities.
Instead of looking on customer they themselves blame there employees for their own process.
In following up from Exchange to customer care its almost one month for getting broadband connection at my home.
The land line connected worked for a week then again missing with dial tone.
A public sector like BSNL, should be privatised, the most sick kind sector ever one can find out of world.
Is there any govt taking care such misbehaves from there employee.
