My bsnl, pune landline no. is 020 25880436, and the instrument is bought from bsnl. From last one Month it has become noisy and when we picked up a call the phone was disconnect automatically, wires get detached frequently and conversation becomes difficult. Request for repairing/replacement of the instrument.
Please do as early as possible
