I applied for shifting of my landline BSNL connection No. being 2652100 from 320-C to STC- 602 in the same residential society of Shipra Suncity Indirapuram Ghaziabad on 21-02.
Till date the job is not yet completed.
If it is delayed so much for shifting, then I wonder whether the connection is worth to be retained?
Whether BSNL authorities will wake up and become customer friendly or leave it to the Private service providers like Airtel, Reliance, Tata indicom and others?
