I AM A NEW CUSTOMER OF BSNL LAND LINE AND BROADBAND. I AM NOT ABLE TO SEE THE BROADBAND USAGE DETAIL ON THE SITE www.data.bsnl.in. WHEN I AM LOGING INTO THIS SITE AND WANT TO SEE THE BROADBAND USAGE DETAIL THERE IS SHOWING A DIALOGUE THAT"NO USAGE RECORD FOUND" INSPITE OF GIVING THE RIGH PORTAL ID AND PASSWORD. SO THAT I AM GETTING FEAR TO CONTINUE USE OF BROADBAND SERVICE BECAUSE WITHOUT SEEING THE USAGE DETAIL IT MAY BE INCREASE THE BILL. SO THAT PLEASE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY
