Unable to use, internet bills always high

Sir,

this is devi from namakkal. for the past 4 -5 months the internet bill is above 1500 and above.i cant understand why .and now their is a problem in outgoing calls for the past 1 week .all the STD and 91 calls are blocked.only local calls are allowed.and unable to see the usage.
