I subscribed bsnl broadband (250 plan) on jan. i purchased the modem externally (not from BSNL). for the month of jan and feb, BSNL didn't charge me under broad-band modem rent (which is absolutely correct). But thereafter, they charged me under boadband modem rent as shown under:
March- Rs. 206
April- Rs. 60
Kindly provide me with the appropriate solution for the said problem.
