Telephone is not working

Sir,

my telephone is not working for the past 25 days. my telephone number is 080 25245222. i gave complaint immediately, but there is no response from them . i pesonally went and met the line man and field engineer. even then they have not repair the fault.

please kindly look into my problem and help me to avoid the rental for this period.
