Dear sir/madam

dear sir / madam,

my telephone no. is 1581-225193. i was activated beforte 4 months 149 per month rental plan (all landline no.are free). before this plan 99 per month rental plan was activated. but after activation of 149 plan bsnl charging me still for 99 plan also that means he is charging me for 99 as well as 149 per month. According to the rule once i activated another plan then the previously plan was deactivated. i had already complaint to the local authority for 10-15 times but no positive reply given. please solve this problem.
