I had applied for a new telephone connection on 10th April (in Anandnagar) & i was told that the connection will come in just 2 weeks time. Today it is almost close to 3 months time & we have not got the telephone line. Everytime i call up the Customer Care they give me some new number to followup. Everybody just pass on to a new contact. i was given even the line man's number to check but all efforts is wasted. Can anybody help me sorting this problem? I want to cancel my application for the telephone, please let em know how to do that?
