Landline and Broadband are not working at all since last two months
Its been almost two months since we are complaining for bad connection of our Bsnl landline no 0120-2463179 and there is no follow up from the managment yet..
Recieved few calls to confirm whether the problem is sorted out and instead of denying it we did not hear back from them again...
Please follow up on this if possible asap.
