I got a message to download any dialer tone FREE FREE FREE, and the call would be Rs 4/- min. When i selected the tune i got a message that Rs 12/- will bededucted for the Dialer Tune And Rs 20/- will be deducted monthly. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHERE DOES THE AMOUNT COME WHEN IT WAS ADVERTISED AS FREE??? WHEN I CONTACT THE HELPLINE NO I WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAD NOT GOT ANY INTIMATION ABOUT THE FREE SERVICE AND HENCE THE AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED AND THE ONLY THING THEY COULD DO WSA TO SAY "SORRY".
