Sir,

it is to inform you that 1 month back i applied for the internet connection, and now, when the connection is activated, i am really sorry to say that the connectivity is very poor just after connecting the net, within 3-5secs it gets disconneted.the yellow light of the modem which is supposed to be on..keeps on blinking (which is the indication of connectivity break).after so many reminders on 1957 no step has been taken..

i request you to take some strict action and help me out.
