I PURCAHSED the hello tune of zara_sa-zannat dtd 16 july on mob.no.9431935335 n received a sms that ur tune will be activated within 24hrs but after 24 hrs when i checked my caller tune i found bsnl default tone. i asked about this from customer care. today is 20july but my caller tune not actevate.
i wait 2hrs, then not activate my caller, then i want my ballence on my mobile account.
