Broad Band Not working

Hi,

This is arulselvan.

We have internet connection at HOME in bangalore.

We have got a new connection for internet broad band.

During the night times our broad band is not working the BSNL ADSL link goes down.

We have given complaint two weeks before.

The problem has not been solved when we call the authorities they are neglecting our calls.

Please take Action against the authorities who are responsible for this.
