Sir,

my grievance is that, while I was trying to get internet facility on my cell one 9441673318 I was made to wait on holding for 3 minutes for 4 times each, I am a BSNL customer for Land line (bvlsaikumari) two bsnl mobile connections Ananth and bsnl broad band. Further I have asked them to deactivate the exsting ring tone song on the same cell phone, instead of hearing me she has charged 12 rupees. I am unhappy with this trend and nonresponse. I request you to reverse the said 12 rupees to my account.

I have sent sms to gprs and I have received sms from "admin' gprs/mms successfully activated, log in name and pass word ". still the inter net was not connected My mobile is sony ericson model no. w8 10 i I request you to do the need to give internet connection to my phone and advice the concerned suitably.
