For the past 3 month i am facing problem in my broadband. When i complained the first time the officer at my exchange (maniktala exchange in kolkata) told me their was some cable problem, it took 1 month to them to get a new cable for my connection, but the problem was not solved i was still having problem. I complain again then they told their was some underground pair problem, changing the undergroung pair took fifteen days. after this also my problem was not solved. Thereafter i went to the Area Manager at BSNL (my area), then to telephone bhavan at B.B.D Bag then to the Nodal Officer (S.K.Bhaduri) but nothing. can anyone help me? i am paying my monthly bsnl bill, what to do now?
