Sir, I am facing the broadband problem from 15th of July for which I had requested to all the concerns thru telephonic messages and other ways. The problem contents the error 691 continuously, for exceptional it has 676 and 718 (sometimes it connects also and works properly up to disconnection but after disconnection, it is very difficult to coneect again).
The telephone numbers which were addressed are: 01802585000, 01802585098, 01802631000, 0180263021, 9416200190, 9416223344, 9416020101, the online PG complaint (no. HAR/C0/2008/2158) and mails also sent to the Authorities (Some of them delivered and some undelivered).
It is very strange that a customer is making complaints regularly but problem is not solving.
The mails ID are also blocked or wrong which are given on BSNL SITE, as mails are not delivered to all authorities.
