DELAY IN ATTENDING COMPLAIN

DEAR SIR,

I am BSNL consumer. My telephone number is 05688-257464.

For last 6 day there is problem in communication. There is a loud noice in phone. Broadband connection is also running on above number. connectivity is not proper. It's complain was loged on 28-08 at telephone exchange Etawah. But it has not been attended till date. Today again I request on phone 05688251198 and 05688-252150 these are numbers of exchange. On telephone number 05688-258888 (S.D.O. telephone) continuosly ringing but not attended.
