Unable to see usage

I cant see the my usages of broadband and i gave the application to bsnl office, pulgaon before 15 days for changing the plan 250 to unlimitted 750 but yet it is not activated. they people said that we will start it within 1-2 days, but yet they dont activate the plan 750. plz change my plan immediatly.
