My telephone is dead from 25 Aug. I have registered 04 complaints during this period and every time complaint is closed by saying false reason as " door closed". Now they came up by demanding 35 metres of cables from me for rectifying the complaint. The same lineman kept my internet complaint pending for more than 02 months and finally rectified only on 19 Aug and land line gone unserviceable within a week. The concerned authorities may please look into this.
