I am a bsnl subscriber since last 3.5 years but i am totally unsatisfied with the company because of its poor network. i never got any messages about any new schemes from the bsnl from the purchase of my sim. when ever i try to call anybody it shows unable to connect (or) silently call ended. i am fed up with this network. i request you to some certain steps on my problem. my number is -9441595487 (andhra pradesh, Chittoor)
