I was unable to get the details online to whom I can submit my complaint while searching the internet I found this right to information link on the internet,

I wrote an email and it bounced back with the following message. It appears as if nobody checks this account. Please suggest whom should I contact? Below is the bounced message and the original message sent to BSNL representative

I would like to know the list of documents that are required for getting a Broadband connection for a Pvt. Ltd. company? I been trying to apply for this connection but every time the office demands different documents. I would like to know what should be attached with Broadband application form.

Also I tried to find the contact email for the DGM or GM Chandigarh but found that the list has email addresses not belonging to BSNL. Can you please provide me the genuine list? You can verify this on the below link
