My BSNL landline with telephone number 080-28476557 is not working past more than a month. There is no dial tone nor the instrument rings when calling. I have already registered the complaint earlier (more than 3 times), pervious docket num was 117 which was not attended. Registered a complaint once again (today 19th Aug 08), the docket number is 132.
I would request the BSNL people to kindly attend this problem at the earliest.
