No action taken for the complain

Hi,

I got the telephone after four months and after one week i went to office to take Modem.

I gave 200 rupees to issue the modem.

I applied complain for changing internet plan on July 19 but still its not done. Still old internet plan

is showing in bsnl office.

My complain no is 19070192.

Today when i talked with toll free no 1500 number, bsnl office issued new complain no 5080019

for the same problem.

I think i will be getting new complain no for the same problem every month as per bsnl Toll free no 1500.

This is our india bsnl office.

Portal ID and Password was not provided by BSNL office. I can not check the internet usage.

When i tried to contact bsnl office, no body knows about it simple office employee tells

that you will receive mails automatically.

Everyday i check mail that one day i will be receiving Portal ID and password.

I think BSNL office should be closed as soon as possible. No use of BSNL office.

Telecom minister should take action against BSNL work style.
