Webpage not accepting username and password

I live at Berhampur, Orissa and I am having a Rs. 250 plan of BSNL Broadband. On 02-05 when I logged on and tried to browse a web page appeared and said that as I have crossed my 1GB free download, I must sign in with my username and password to continue. The username was in the format of "[email protected]" and password my modem password.

When I input my username and password, it shows a "reference error code: 1000" and says that I have entered the wrong username and password. Since 3 days I have been trying in vain. When I approached my BSNL office they said there is no such "reference error code: 1000" in their system. Now I am unable to access internet at my home and these idiots over at BSNL dont even know what has happened. They are not able to even tell what to do, nor they are coming home to check it. I am so frustrated that I feel betrayed by BSNL.
