BSNL Landline
Landphone out of order for one month, no action been taken from BSNL authority, Bolpur, Dist-BirbhumState-West Bengal

Sir, My land line telephone, 03463-257657 is dead and out of order since january last week. I have already inform Bolpur BSNL office and given written complain.

But unfortunately no one has come yet till now... having horrible experience of customer service department.

My son stays out of bengal and need to speak every day..and its very urgent to communicate with my family now.

I am in dilema to whom I should ask about this. Kindly do the needful at your earliest posible.
