Sir,

My BSNL Landline Telephone No. 2500701 bill was not received by me from Febraury onwards & my telephone was disconnected for non-payment of bill. I searched duplicate bill via internet and I am surprised to see my outstanding bill amount of RS.12224/-. I can't even dream of such a huge bill, Because my landline telephone is rarely used by me & moreover my residence is closed for moe than 12 hours in a day & nobody is there to utilise my telephone. Before this my monthly bills are of rs.800 to Rs.900/-.This is also not a correct billing. I complained several times to BSNL, but in vein. My problem is not at all solved. Moreover it is increased this time by slapping me a bill of Rs.12224/- & also caused a lot of inconvineince to me by disconnecting my telephone.

NOW MY TELEPHONE IS DISCONNECTED FOR NON PAYMENT OF OUTSTANDING BILL AMOUNT OF RS.12224/- WHICH ACCORDING TO ME IS NOT AT ALL PERTIANING TO ME. I LODGED COMPLAINT WITH BSNL & ALSO ASKED FOR CALL WISE DETAILS OF SUCH A HUGE BILL. BUT AT BSNL OFFICE NOBODY IS BOTHERED TO ANSWER MY COMPLAINT.
