I have earlier filed a similar complaint against BSNL and much to dismay the service has been poor since then. I am trying to recharge my prepaid mobile through the online BSNL site WWW.BSNL.CO.IN and it says that the mobile has been recharged and money debited in my account but 10 hrs or so hence my mobile still isnt recharged... why then a site like this??? I can buy a recharge coupon by that time!!!
