Not listening to the complaint of dead phone

Dear Sir,

My telephone (0612-2623214) is dead since 25 th of April. As my father is on medical leave, he was not able to submit the application for the functioning of the same no. I am doing my MBA from Ahmedabad. Being the only male member of my family when I went to Patna on 26 th April i first went to the kankarbagh exchange and after hearing my problem, they send me to rajendra nagar exchange. Finally, as they said i submitted an application addressed to them to restart my dead phone. Since, i am in ahmedabad, i do not remember the application no, but it was registered in their complaint book on 1st may, complaint no 1.

They said it will start working in 2 days.but it has not started functioning yet.after calling them regularly, they said, we do not know about it, you will again have to submit an application regarding this.

Please look into this matter, and help me.
