BSNL does not sort out the consumers greivance towards their bill & their call centre people also replied with predetermined answer.

Phone no. of officers mentioned in bill either not working & or not responding.

why BSNL does not display the indiovidual call charge details on website for customer satisfaction.

why a message not come to customers cell just after completion of call, as in case of other mobile operators (AIRTEL).
