ihad made a complaint regarding migration of mobile no.9492389759 from VENNELA TO VENNELAPLUS with the MIGRATION VOUCHER OF RS 199/ BEARING NO.000132203873 ON 7-9 AT ABOUT 6AM.IHAD RECEIVED SMS FROM 53733 THATMY PREPAID ACCOUNT WAS MIGRATED TO VENNELAPLUS ASKING ME TO SEND SMSFOR 5 NEW FNF NOS WITH ONE LANDLINE MANDATORY.ACCORDINGLY IAM SENDING SMS FORFNF NOS.TO MY SURPRISE IAM GETTING REPLY FROM 53733 STATINGTHATONLY LOCALBSNL LANDLNE NUMBER IS ALLOWED.THE LAST SMS RECEIVED REG FNF NOS WAS AT 8.28 PM TODAY I.E ON 10-9-09.

ACCORDING TO PLAN ONLY IHAD GIVEN 2 BSNL LANDLINE LOCAL NOS AND 3 MOBILE NOS. WHEN I COTACTED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 9400024365 REG THIS PLAN, THEY TOLD ME THE SAME PROCEDURE SHOULD FOLLOW.

IYOU HAD TAKEN 4 DAYS FOR MIGRATION AND HOW MANY DAYS YOU WILL TAKE TO ACTIVATE MY FNF PLAN, FOR WHICH IWAS VERY MUCH ANNOYED AND MY VALUABLE TIME WAS WASTED FOR THIS SIMPLE WORK.
