Dear sir,
We are staying in ahmedabad for 17 years but we are not receiving documents related on purchase of flat from builder and he is excusing that our flat had lodge the case against builder for not bulding shops at down stairs and our flat has won the case for the same. since than he is not providing any legal documents. So please give the detail how could we get documents from builders in our name. We have possession letter with us and muncipal corporation bill in our name.
