Club Membership
We had couple membership of Bay City Club, Bandra in the year 2003. Membership No. N-152 and validity 2028. We hardly used the facilities of the club for may be a year after which due to some problem the club got closed. The club has changed hands since then and is now taken over by C'est la Vie. Their phone no. is 26422361/62.
I now understand the club is taking new members. I have been in constant touch with C'est la Vie and spoken to various executives about my membership - whether we could continue to use the club facilities or get our refund back. The person I am now corresponding with is Mr. Girish Sippy (Cell No.9920701632). However, till date I am moving in circles and I am not getting a proper response from them.
Could you please help me in getting my refund? I have all original documents from Bay City Club which can be produced if required. This is my hard earned money and your help would be highly appreciated.
