This is to inform you that on April 1 at 10:17 AM, I tried to withdraw Rs 20000/- from your Axis Bank ATM at Dum Dum Park Lake Town: Kolkata – ATM ID- SIAC 1914 using my Canara Bank ATM Card. The payment was declined against the Record No-8321. I had lodgged a complain on 2nd April’09 at Canaran Bank, Park Street Branch.
Today on enquaring, I have been informed by Canara Bank that the money has been disbursed from ATM ID- SIAC 1918 against Record No –8320.This is the information they have received from AXIS Bank and on the basis of this information they have debited my account.
But on that date I have not received any money from Axis Bank ATM at Dum Dum Park Lake Town: Kolkata or any other AXIS Bank ATM counter.
I have repetadely informed Canara Bank & Axis bank in this regards but till date I have not received any solution from them.
Please help me..
